Lack of a Backup QB the story of this season

It is easy to say Romo is still having trouble with his fingers. That being said, if we had a decent backup qb Romo could have gotten more time off.
But for what I saw today..Romo is just making bad decisions.
What has happen to Jason Garrett play calling...man.
