As an LSU fan, I have felt the disappointment sting from Dallas draftees like David LaFleur, Stephen Peterman, Skyler Green and (so far) Morris Claiborne. Bradie James and Marcus Spears were fairly solid players but never developed into great players ingrained in Cowboys history. Maybe an undrafted LSU player will succeed further than his drafted predecessors. I hope so. I believe Collins has the potential of being that kind of impact player. Hopefully he will remain patient, await his opportunity, seize it and run with it like a bat out of Hades. Still, I'll keep my fingers crossed all the same.
Soon Dallas will have 4 All-Pro OL

I've been reviewing a lot of Collins tape at LSU lately to see his style.......and he does play with the relentless and nastiness of Larry Allen, but with the emotion of Erik Williams. I said when Dallas landed his rights, that for a young guy like him I could see him becoming the emotional and vocal leader of this ALL Pro OL in next couple of years. Smith, Frederick, Martin all are great, but low key..........nothing wrong with that; but Collins will bring in the vocal leadership it will need to elevate it to great heights and success.

Can't wait to see the development of this incredible Oline. Just wish they had better help at the RB position instead of having to carry him on their backs.

Hopefully Gregory is joking with his teammate or needing a vision prescription. I do hope that wasn't an observation inspired by puff, puff, pass.

Nothing to worry about. Gregory and Collins are close. This is about what good buddies would be doing if they were jabbing on each other for posting selfies.

Same here. The OL will be very very good and very very deep. But it is still not like we can put anyone back there and fall forward at the handoff and get five yards. I have a feeling teams will be loading up on the run just to see how quickly we give up.

If we had a competent proven running back, I would be homering out about the possibilities. The defense looks like it should be much improved. I would have to preferred that improvement layer on top of what we had last year offensively. Instead it looks like we have taken a step back unless Randle/McFadden really exceed expectations.

Hopefully Ezekiel Elliott or Derrick Henry will be toting the rock behind this offensive line next season.

Teams can't and won't load up against the run with the passing game we have. Romo checks out of the run and burns a couple teams and that will be over. The Eagles gameplanned to stop our run last year in our second game and got burned. We have too much talent in our passing game to sell out.

Our passing attack is not any more talented than it has been for years.

It is still the same passing game. Deep routes by the wides, a little Witten, maybe now a little Beasley but it is hardly a case where there is just "too much talent".

In fact, if pay attention to some people around here, you would think that Terrance Williams was just awful and will lose his job to Devin Street any day now.

All kidding aside, this is a team best built on the run as a staple, not a distraction to let the same passing game that got us 8-8 ad nauseum make a resurgence after a year's hiatus. I will go with what got 12 wins versus 8 over and over again.

I took it that way too at first but if you go back and read it I believe he is saying how much they actually look alike facial wise, which they kinda do a little.

There was much more to going 8-8 than the playbook. Some would even say the playbook and Romo's Arm is the reason were not worse than 8-8 those years. If it wasn't for the 400+ rushing attempts last year this team would have been lucky to be 8-8 because the defense was still very leaky.

I think they're joking. Collins has the right facial expression of Allen's bust but the two men (present day Collins and Allen during his career) do not look alike.
