It looks like La'el is trying to mimic Larry's facial expression. If you can mimic this, I'd be a very happy man: http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap2000000221061/Larry-Allen-dominates-Colts-in-1999

I don't know if we will ever see a guard with that combination of speed and power in the league again. At his peak he was the best ever.

Everyone talks about this strength, but his speed, which he demonstrated in that last pull, was amazing. That why he sent players flying across the field.

Yup, that's what always got me. For his size, I think he was one of the fastest guards I've seen. Not sure what his actual 40 time was, but playing speed was elite.

An absolute freak of nature.

Was looking at some pics of L.A. and had totally forgot that he played a couple years for the Niners. He should have been a lifer.

As an LSU fan, I have felt the disappointment sting from Dallas draftees like David LaFleur, Stephen Peterman, Skyler Green and (so far) Morris Claiborne. Bradie James and Marcus Spears were fairly solid players but never developed into great players ingrained in Cowboys history. Maybe an undrafted LSU player will succeed further than his drafted predecessors. I hope so. I believe Collins has the potential of being that kind of impact player. Hopefully he will remain patient, await his opportunity, seize it and run with it like a bat out of Hades. Still, I'll keep my fingers crossed all the same.

wow I never sat down to realize how much LSU has wronged the cowboys. I guess you could say they owed Dallas a freebie.

Any wrong can be placed solely at the feet of any player. Louisiana State University hasn't wronged any NFL team. For example, the monumental failure that is JaMarcus Russell is entirely on his own head.

My appreciation for this man is growing more and more each day. Watch a lot of film of that incredible football player, La'el!!

He can watch all the film he wants.. Nobody is going to replicate Larry Allen.

He might be the best football player in NFL history.
