However, I hope this signals Junior's morphing from buddy coach to tough love coach.

Sad to say.....this incident is more about next year aka Pickens contract. If Pickens tells his Agent to get the deal done with Dallas then Schotty culture tools are working.

Pickens and Lamb are just a deadly combination and the supporting cast consisting of Ferguson and now Luepke showing up along with Flournoy are dangerous. Dak may not be elite but he is a warrior and I hope we get Milton more in the mix. The throwing talent of this guy is off the charts.
