Someone who's been a user like him is never totally out of the woods so to speak, but I would think there are stats that show what the likelihood is for someone to use again after a specific period of time.

That first game was a fluke. They had their safeties crashing in playing the run on almost every play and we failed to capitalize. If we p;lay them again I believe we will take advantage of it.
