  1. Myles Garrett if not for QB's would be top pick in draft
  2. Jonathan Allen going top five
  3. Carl Lawson I hope this one drops down to the boys in the late first, fingers crossed.
  4. Derek Barnett He's a bit smaller than Garrett, but he's very, very disruptive
  5. Tim Williams Some red flags/character concerns. Will still get double digit sacks each year
  6. Harold Landry Not as big as he plays
  7. Jordan Willis he can play either the left or right side in a 4-3.
  8. Dawuane Smoot His size probably limits him to a 3-4 OLB. Still, very fast, dangerous.
  9. Ejuan Price Tiny for a DE, he knows how to get after the QB
  10. Demarcus Walker
  11. Ryan Anderson Anderson is a junk yard dog out there, disrupting everything in his path.
  12. Haasan Reddick

Keionta Davis, DE, Chattanooga. A College Column Anonymous Scout gushed about Davis earlier this season: “High on this guy,” he wrote, noting that Davis caught his eye last season after a strong showing against Florida State tackle Roderick Johnson.

I've seen all of his home games this year, seeing as how it's the closet college team I have to watch. He definitely flashes and at most times seems like a man amongst boys. I would like to research him some more and see why he isn't a d1 School player.

My favorite of the bunch is Landry. Incredible athlete with an arsenal of moves and speed to burn.

Good call. Dane Brugler loves this guy...says he's a sure first rounder.
I would agree after that game against Michigan he moves up, I also fell in love with Chris Wormley not as an edge guy but what a great talent to let Rod figure out.

Do you think he is a 1-2 rounder? I know of him just not sure he bumps some these guys off especially when Taco Charlton is moving up.

I see where a lot of draft experts and sites have Solomon Thomas as a 1st rounder if he comes out. Kiper has him highly rated. Great kid from what I read. RKG.

Would you want him with the first pick? I have not had eyes on him.

Under the radar guys, in order of best pro potential (to me)...
  • TJ Watt, Wisconsin (rJr)
  • Tanoh Kpassagnon, Villanova
  • Ifeadi Odenigbo, Northwestern (might be viewed more as a 3-4 OLB)
  • Al-Quadin Muhammed, Miami (might be viewed more as a 3-4 OLB)
  • Bradley Chubb, NC St (Jr)
  • Duke Ejiofor, Wake Forest (Jr)

Some others I think have good traits/potential for RDE but untapped production so far...
Fadol Brown, Mississippi
Tarell Basham, Ohio
Lorenzo Carter, Georgia (Jr)
Chad Thomas, Miami (Jr)
Davin Bellamy, Georgia (Jr)

Also, a redshirt Soph. who is draft eligible is Jaylon Ferguson, Louisiana Tech. He's 3rd in the country with 14.5 sacks. Just figuring out how good he can be. Probably doesn't come out until next year.
