Surprisingly he passed his physical, so there was no concussion injury settlement. Still unlikely that he'd be healthy/right for 2013.

Another headcase WR like Dez. Just that he's actually better. Right zoners?

If he wants to play, most teams will be scared off because of the concussion issues, so I am sure the Cowboys could get him near the vet min. I am sure he would rather retire though instead of settle.

I think Romo is calling Jerry or Jason right now. That should be a done deal since I don't see another team bidding against them.

when he signed this deal, i figured they would regret it and release him a year later.

harris is ten times better than robinson.robinson is kp.zoners, dont be fooled by one fluke season

I also called this, but I don't see any problem in bringing him in to see if he can still connect with Romo.

Bryant - Austin - Robinson - Harris - Beasley - Coale

Sounds like a really good squad to me.

I want him back in Dallas, but this concussion issue is more serious than I thought:

Laurent Robinson still faces "serious obstacles" as he attempts to bounce back from four concussions suffered during the 2012 season.
"And he might call it quits" at the next sign of a problem, according to Gene Frenette of the Florida Times Union. "I said to him, 'One more concussion, and you need to be done,'" said Robinson's wife. Robinson continues to battle "severe headaches," and "prefers not to go out in daylight." He's also begun distancing himself from their baby daughter when she makes noise. "I want to continue to play [football]," said Laurent. "But I still want to live until 80 or 90 years old." Feb 2 - 1:31 AM

Jaguars released WR Laurent Robinson.
Signed to a five-year, $32.5 million contract a year ago, Robinson's career is now in jeopardy thanks to four 2012 concussions. Although the Jags say he passed his exit physical Wednesday, that doesn't mean he's been cleared to play football again. As recently as a month ago, Robinson was still feeling headaches and suffering from other concussion-related symptoms. We fear this is headed down the Jahvid Best path. Mar 13 - 11:09 AM

Saw this as well: Although the Jags say he passed his exit physical, that doesn't mean he's been cleared to play again. As recently as a month ago, Robinson was still experiencing headaches and other concussion-related symptoms. He added that he felt light-headed during a workout Tuedsay. Robinson wants to play again, but we fear this is headed down the Jahvid Best path.

I think that was put up during the season before he hurt his head again.

Provided he can play and wants to, no-brainer.

He and Romo just worked, I don't care how. He gave the team something that it didn't have 2011, chemistry with the QB.

If Dallas fails to at least check into him, it'd be a letdown IMO. There's no way anyone is going to pay him a lot because of the concussions and because there's nothing to suggest he can produce on that level again.

I wouldn't expect a repeat or anything close but I would expect him to be in the right position at the right time and be on the same page with Romo to an extent that gives Romo a few big plays when things break down in front of him and he has to start improvising.

He would be a great addition, IMO.
