I know we don't have much money, but make this happen. He has good chemistry with Romo. If we do any move before the draft this should be it.

I think most of us know that information, that's why a few of us have stated that we would bring him in for around the vet minimum if he is cleared to play & doesn't retire.

I would love to have Laurent back, but he made some good money with the Jags and should be set financially, so it's time for him to get out.

That is of course, if he is healthy enough to play. Great guy, great Cowboy. I look at him like Kitna. Didn't spend much time here, but gave it their all when they got a chance. I admire that. :starspin

Saw this as well: Although the Jags say he passed his exit physical, that doesn't mean he's been cleared to play again. As recently as a month ago, Robinson was still experiencing headaches and other concussion-related symptoms. He added that he felt light-headed during a workout Tuedsay. Robinson wants to play again, but we fear this is headed down the Jahvid Best path.

I would love to have him back, but he needs to take care of his health.

I also called this, but I don't see any problem in bringing him in to see if he can still connect with Romo.

Bryant - Austin - Robinson - Harris - Beasley - Coale

Sounds like a really good squad to me.

I like that WR group a lot!

Loved him when he wore the star, but he needs to hang it up while he can still have a quality life.

Health and Safety of the game: Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Lauren...

Already having memory loss, can't even be around his newborn daughter because he can't handle the crying, avoids sunlight...It may be time to hang up the cleats.

He's likely on our radar big time. He got a huge SB last year and did nothing ... so it isn't like there is a bidding war this time.

I know Harris emerged late last season but Robinson has a real rapport with Romo. That doesn't happen every day and having 4 WR who can play is a good problem to have.

That was before he passed his tests. (of course it's scary sounding) But he was still planning on playing while going through all that. Now he's getting past it. His wife although scared for him was still acknowledging that she wanted him to still play.

Mike fisher and broaddus said he's not coming back. He was good but I think that was because of the guys around him. Dez witten miles Murray etc

I saw fish's comment on twitter. Person asked if they freed up money. I'm sure they wouldn't for a large contract. But vet minimum they would in a heartbeat. Romo would make them.

Where is Broaddus' comment?

I wouldn't be upset if they brought back Robinson. But, because of the emergence of Harris, and Beasley, I would rather Jerry and co. spend resources on other positions.

My mistake. Not broaddus. I read it wrong. But what I did find interesting fisher said after that tweet is if we release free after June 1 we free up 7 million cap space but next year will have 7 million dead money

They need a speed receiver. One of the reasons they picked up Armstrong last year.

It's hard to argue with what Warner and Irvin say. If he needs to retire, then he should. All I'm saying is i would happily welcome him back to the Cowboys any day. He will always be a Cowboy to me.

Broaddus track record isn't exactly spotles.

Secondly, I don't care why he was good. It's not like anyone else on the roster is getting the same boost from all that talent around them.

Anyone who is opposed because of that reason is delusional. Does it really matter why the guy produced? The fact is he did and nobody else that has tried to from that roster spot over the last 10 years has done anything close.
