Lavar Arrington wearing the star?

Arrington is way too undisciplined to play for Parcells. His entire career has been a play for a loss followed by four plays where he is completely out of position.

He put up the flashy stat...sacks...but he will make more bad plays than good.

If both LaVar Arrington and Terell Owens are released and we can only get one I would take Owens easy. I really hope Owens is released by Philly and he is wearing a star next year.

Depends on how much money he wants.

He is probably a similar player to Demarcus Ware(because he is a rookie not a knucklehead) really. Fast and strong but limited on what u can ask. Just set him after the QB. The guy did have 11 sacks a couple of seasons back just going after the QB.

He is a 3-4 OLB.
