If you're 100% for the Cowboys, you'll do whatever helps us win. If that means you sit here and there, you'll do it.

Leary is a good G, but he is not impassible on the depth chart and really wasn't all that great when he was in there in week 1.

Cowboys LG Ron Leary, TE James Hanna on the mend

IRVING -- Ron Leary expects to be back Sunday for the game against Atlanta.

The left guard didn't play against Philadelphia because of a strained groin.

He now feels better and could practice as soon as Wednesday.

"I'll see in the morning," he said Tuesday.

Leary wanted to play against the Eagles. But the Cowboys' athletic training staff didn't want him to aggravate the injury.

"They didn't want me to have a setback," he said. "It was a smart decision."

Leary added he's confident he will be 100 percent by the end of the week.

Like Leary, tight end James Hanna was inactive Sunday. Last Saturday, he had an arthroscopic procedure on his left knee - the same one he sprained in the preseason opener in August. In spite of this, Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said Hanna could be back at practice by the end of the week. Hanna explained that there is no definitive target date for his return but added that only the incision from the surgery is limiting him...
