Multiple sources have indicated that LeBron has told Trevor Ariza that he will be staying in Cleveland past the 2010 season in an effort to help him backpeddal on his offer from the Rockets. LeBron really wants Ariza..give the King what he wants!!!

MO
West
LeBron
HIckson
Shaq

With Ariza coming off the bench playing a Lamar Odom type role. LeBron would move to the 4 when Ariza comes in and play a majority of the minutes there. Goooooodnighhht NBA!!!

Oh, to be young, rich and live in Cleveland:(

He's born and raised from Akron. So that doesn't realy apply here. He's proud of where he's come from.

It's 50/50 at best he stays in Cleveland. Being from Ohio won't have any bearing on his decision to stay or leave IMHO.

Ariza was on LA radio saying he was not backing out of his commitment with Houston.

LBJ needs to sign an extension if they want decent FA to come there. They have struck out on everyone they have targeted so far.

He's going to make the same money either way by going to Cleveland or New York. Staying where you grow up is a tiebreaker for me. Plus is he really going to look at the Knicks and say "ya that looks like I can win a championship" Please that team is complete garbage.

He can make a ton more endorsment cash in NY.

Cleveland's best hope is if the Salary Cap is reduced to the point that NY can only afford to sign one Max Salary Free Agent. NY was trying to clear enough room so that they could sign two major players, not just LeBron. LeBron would not sign to play with the current collection of stiffs that NY is fielding and that is actually looking like a possibility right now.

Come to NY Lebron, then I can actually enjoy going to Knick games again even if they keep right on losing.

This is pretty key IMO. With the announcement that the NBA could be shrinking the available cap, the maximum salary potential for all players is reduced. You have to look toendorsment deals to compensate and NY is a heavy lean in that department IMO.

He can always come to Dallas. The Mavs can S&T and offer him a maxed out contract because of Dampier and Howard expirings.

Probably more true than anything. I'm sure he's leaning one way or the other but who knows?
