ESPN's Mel Kiper believes "the upside is tremendous" on Georgia sophomore LB Leonard Floyd.
"Floyd showed me a lot with his versatility and in how he helped the Dawgs close out the win over Clemson," Kiper said of the opener. "He had a pair of sacks, including 1.5 plus a forced fumble in the fourth quarter. Floyd isn't exactly a sleeper -- No. 11 on my latest Big Board as a redshirt sophomore -- but the upside is tremendous given his length and explosiveness and because we don't yet know what he can become. I could see him adding another 20 pounds easily. I loved how Georgia moved him around -- upright, hand on the ground, inside -- and he was disruptive." The 6-foot-4, 230-pound Floyd is a "likely first-round pick in next spring’s NFL draft should he leave early," reported Sport Illustrated's Pete Thamel and Thayer Evans earlier this week.
