I say let's get it started. With Stoops out of the picture, this guy would be a great hire. Former Cowboys assistant, former head coach at Oklahoma State and current LSU coach. Supposed to be a master motivator. NFL experience. Kind of a rogue, I like that. Plus, he plays to win. Thoughts?

I'd take that bet. I wouldn't mind Les Miles one bit. But we will all be speculating till after the Super Bowl.

Let's not forget that the Bear's Ron Rivera is still out there and could be a viable candidate.

Very astute observation my friend. The guy sounds like a winner! The Prophet is calling for someone with youth and fire in the belly, unlike the tired stodgy BP. The thought of Norv's pot marked face along with the borish son of the Bum, makes me queasy. LOL

I would get on this wagon. He is a good coach. I've seen criticism from people that say he won with Saban's players, but that isn't much of an argument, since he has a scouting team already in place and will not have that type of pull here anyway.

gross....no way he could interview well...never sounds like he can put more than two words together at a time...
I grew up near Stillwater and a huge OK St fan...Les Miles ....gross
I want to see him win NC first with that ridiculous wealth of Saban talent down there first....and he won't...

No way Stoops would admit to being interested in the Dallas job right before signing day.

You think Stoops is still a possibility? I don't think so, I think he's happy at OU. You never know, though.

I thought Miles would be a top candidate months ago with Singletary as the DC.

I think we are making a mistake by not giving Miles or Gary Gibbs a long look. How about Gibbs as HC and Garrett as OC?
