We know Wash corners are hurt, and the theory is to throw on them. I just can't help thinking that they are waiting for that. I say we pound it down their throats, short throws to Polite and Witten to open up the big pass game. Don't want to hear this: "This is his first start as starting corner for the Commanders.......and he picks of Bledsoe!!!!"

I think the conservative approach while taking our shots is a better game plan. Just MO.

I have a strong, strong feeling none of these injuries will make any impact on this game.

That is my feeling as well. Washington's offense is no where as explosive as KC. So smart play and field pos will win this. And it will be another freakin nailbiter!

I have a feeling that Joe Gibbs is trying to trick Parcells a bit...just to catch Bledsoe throwing straight into a healthy secondary. For some reason, this game really scares me. I'm terrified of seeing the Dallas Cowboys get swept by the Washington Commanders...I just have a feeling that Portis will run all over us, and our offense will draw blanks after an extremely productive game against Kansas City. Remember, KC's defense isn't as good as Washington's.

I also think this is just Gibbs up to some tricks. Parcells is much smarter than Gibbs and will play his style of game for the most part.

Scares me too. But Wash O is nowhere as good as KC's O. Portis is not a big back, more of a slasher. We have had better luck with those types of backs.

"Lets be smart"????? Their CB's Springs has a strained groin that he just injured last week. He didn't practice but once all week and that was the walk through on friday. Their other starter Rogers, who is a ROOKIE, has not practiced all week with a badly bruised bicep. His arm is in a sling, doubt if he plays. Their third CB is Walt "Burnt again" Harris, he sat out last week with a strained calf and only practiced once this week also and that too was during the walk through. Their fourth CB is Ade Jimoh who is primarily a special teamer. The foreskins have virtually no pass rush without selling out and sending the house and even then they still don't get there. To me, BEING SMART, is attacking those injured CB's and make them work and run all game long. We play right into their hands if we don't ATTACK, I'm sure Gibbs would like that. You're right, we need to be smart and attack....

Oh yeah, I didn't even mention that the Foreskins offense is horrible and can't score. Our D will be all over them which means we can afford to take shots downfield cause their O won't do jack against our D. Their offense really is poor. Remember our Dline totally DOMINATED their O in that first game. They didn't even cross the 50yrd line until late in the 4th qtr.

I agree with the above poster.....the injured CBs will have no effect on the game. They may be injured, maybe a little more than the usual NFL player this time of year.

I think we can use this situation to our advantage. I think we ought to start the game with a 3WR set.....then run. JJ runs better from that set anyway. It seems we've run better out of that set all season.

You can bet Parcells will not leave a stone unturned in putting points up tomorrow. He'll take no chances of a late rally again - we'll be attacking their defense throughout the game and it could seriously turn into a Dallas romp, IMO. We're due, Crayton and Henry are back on the field, Barrow should see more snaps, Glenn will be healthier as will Julius (he's due also). We are destined for the playoffs gentlemen...

Boy, I hope you're right.

I'm just looking at our M. O. from this year.

...Play it close

...Control the clock

...Game comes down to the last minute

...I have a heart-attack
