That's what I said. I didn't want him benched completely, just for a few games to let him step back and see that it's not too hard to just jump up and swat the ball down.

My boy Pat Watkins getting some praises... thats what I like to see. As said before, I definitely thought he had those intangibles that cant be taught IE speed and height. He proved today that he can be all over the field (which I thoguht he has been) and make plays. Just dont jump down his throat if he gets beat once in the near future Remember, this guy is a rookie and just needs that confidence he got today to get going.

Cant teach that. We just gotta get him time and experience. This guys height and speed can make him a great ball hawk a la Ed Reed.

Oh Pat Watkins gets a gameball for making the INT today, because last week NO FS made a play on the ball at all! I think people do forget he's a rookie and it does take time to learn the FS position so only time will tell...
