BTW Jenkins should have had that pick the BS penalty on Sensabaugh was ticky-tacky.

That call drove me crazy. Sensy barely touched the guy. We need to be rewarded when we force turnovers. It builds confidence. Instead we get penalized for ticky-tack stuff. The defense will have to step up. We need them to make plays. Hopefully the officials will let them play going forward.

My concerns are we gave up 450 yds and they had the ball for over 33 minutes. The 2nd half the O looked solid and the ST play was great!

they did but that is because we scored quickly.

Hard to complain about an opening day win on the road, but we have major concerns on defense.

I was willing to give the starting defense a pass for the preseason, firmly believing we were playing vanilla on purpose. Now after today, its obvious it has problems again. Wade coached a terrible game. Awful game plan, and awful defensive play calling.

Starting D now has played around 9 quarters or so counting the preseason...has one sack, no forced turnovers. Although Jenkins got robbed of his pick by atrocious call on Seansabaugh. Jenkins almost got another pick in the 4th qtr.

VERY good offense today, solid ST's, and VERY few penalties: defense? No comment right now................grade: B

Offense looked pretty good, especially the big passing plays.

Defense though was getting gutted on way too many ocassions right up the middle. They're gonna need to shore that up. And, the DB's can't keep letting WR's get past them.

ST's was good. Folk had a couple of FG's, the rookie was got two touchbacks and Sensabaugh a nice FG block.

Overall, good to get the win. Some areas were sharp while others need work.
