I was a hot shot coordinator on a super bowl champion...I got one shot as a HC and managed 1 winning season out of 5...I won one playoff game in the winning yr I had...I lost 10 or more games in 2 of those 5 season...if I'm available, do you hire me? What would the fan base reaction be?

I really hope JJ is more thorough in his interviews...

You can't concentrate only on a guy's past in this situation. If that's what happened, Belichick, Carroll, Gruden, Dungy, and a ton of other successful coaches would never have gotten a second chance

its enough comparitively for what we need to know...nobody on here knows or understands all the in depth stuff of hiring a coach...but everybody offers up an opinion based on past success or failure

just asking...would the guy in that descrption be perceived (by the fans) as a good move or a bad move? would people be lining up left and right to kill Jerry if he hired that kind of person?
