Cowher...the transition on defense would be rather painless...and I just think he is a good coach

Gimmie Mike Shanahan any day, especially with our RB's... Of course, this is if Red Jesus doesn't get the gig and I take him over all of the old guys.....

Cowher.
Then Holmgren or Shannahan.

Honestly, Coher would be better for the entire team where the other two would improve Romo the most and the rest of the team only a small amount.

I'd like Cowher as HC. Shanahan as OC. Phillips as DC and Holmgren as QB coach.

How bout that?

Bill Cowher

Brian Billick

Holmgren would be the perfect fit here in my opinion. He's already on great terms with Jerry and he's a coach that demands respect. Coach Holmgren would also keep Romo in check with the turnovers and bone-head plays. Just look at old clips with Holmgren and Favre; we need that type of leader in the head coach. The main reason why Holmgren would be perfect here; He's not just a coach, but also a teacher.

I honestly believe there are people in this forum that genuinely hope the team fails just so they can see some new big name coach brought in.

To be honest with you, I would like to have a up and coming assistant instead of the coaches on the list. I look at Pittsburgh has done and it has seem to work. But on the other hand, I don't think JJ will go for a no name coach.

cowher is so friggin over rated. Took him how many years to win anything?

you guys would piss and moan after 3 years just like you do every other coach.

Not to mention all these random coaches would install a new offense and a new defense so you could kiss a championship goodbye for years till they get it right.

garrett is the only logical choice, but I would rather wade stick around with garrett at OC.

This whole change for the sake of change crap is annoying and would be counterproductive.
