I don't have the problem with Dunbar like some of you do. But if I was going to spell Zeke, I would spell him on 2nd down with McFadden and put Zeke on the filed in 3rd down and Dunbar would not play much at all in the playoffs

I like what DMC is doing in his role. He brings so much more to the position than Morris. I like Morris and think he is a class act, but I don't think he is a good rb anymore.

I can see McFadden playing that Richie Anderson role, but with more speed. He is under contract next year right? God forbid anything were to happen to Zeke at least we have a legit back that can run for 1100-1200 yards in a season.

I think Morris is a good back but he does not threaten the Defense at all. He would average 4 or so behind our line but Dak would have a lot more work to do figuring out what the defense was doing

Negative yards will happen, heck we had 2 OL out of the game, hard to judge much out of that game. I'm not trying to make him out to be more than he is but in 10 starts last season he was able to go over 1,000 including 7 90 plus yard games . 1st 6 games he was not getting many touches something all RB need to be able to get into a grove. Add to that Cowboys had no help at QB. Again not trying to make him out to be a pro bowler but I think he is a good RB who can help this team.

Negative yards happen too often with him and it happened often last season despite playing behind the best OL in the league. He got beat out by Randle last season and only became the starter when Randle got injured and released. As of Dec of last season we were the worst team in the league on 3rd and one and McFadden contributed to that. He had 8 games last season where he averaged under 4.0 a carry and 2 games where he averaged barely 1.0 a carry. He's had several negative carries this season and a -2 on a reception. There's a reason we drafted an RB with the 4th overall pick. As for his first 6 games last year he averaged under 4.0 a carry in 4 of them.

He was given the same role Randle excelled in during the 2014 season. Randle wasn't taking losses, he was breaking off runs which made the Cowboys and everyone else believe any back could run behind our OL. All a great back needs is a solid OL to be successful, the QB makes little difference. The HOF is littered with RBs that had average QB situations. Jamal Lewis rushed for over 2000 yards with Kyle Boller and Anthony Wright at QB. Chris Johnson had a 2000 yard season with Kerry Collins and Vince Young. Adrian Peterson has had a HOF career with an average QB situation. Barry Sanders had a HOF career with average QBs. The list goes on and on of great runners who not only didn't have a great QB but their OL's weren't as good as ours. Dak has doubled the rushing TDs McFadden had last season.

Even Randle who only played a few games had more TD's than McFadden last season. McFadden was given a career high in carries behind the best OL in football and didn't come up with the production he had in Oakland in 2010 despite a bad QB situation with the Raiders. He had 1157 yards and 10 TDs in 13 games in 2010. Practically every McFadden thread that's started someone will post a video of his days at Arkansas because that's the back they still see. The day we signed him someone posted a highlight video of him at Arkansas breaking off long TD runs and said they can't wait to see this behind our OL. LOL Again I'm fine with him as the backup but I just don't get the love that many have for him. As long as he makes positive yards he can help us.
