Our receivers are so limited that we can't even get pick plays done right. It even gets called wrong by the coaches. I'm looking at you, quick screen pass to Dez where Williams slips and whiffs on Sherman who goes in for a 2 yard tackle for a loss. Why not throw it to Dez while he's slanting so he has some momentum? Are they that scared that Cassels wouldn't be able to pull that off?

Our coaches could easily call the same types of picks NE and Seattle but they don't. They have the most vanilla offense out there. And it's been exposed since Romo is out. And even if they made it legal, you really expect our clown coaching staff to develop these plays? No. They will just continue to do the same old passing outside the hashes and lining up every single player in the exact same spot.

Believe me, if the Cowboys began running pick plays effectively, there would be an outcry against them and the league would finally change the rules.

Our opponents have clearly seen something on film that indicates we are susceptible to the pick type routes. They are going to keep running them until we demonstrate we can stop them. They may be illegal, but it's smart game planning to run them if you know the officials aren't going to flag them.

The impetus is on our coaching staff to A) do something to disrupt them, and B) maybe draw a few up for our offensive game plan as well. It's pretty clear Beasley has been struggling to get open. He's the type of receiver that's most likely to benefit from "rub routes".
