You can't just say Bell used more as a receiver but next year Zeke will be on that level. If somebody just watched that video and didn't know anything else about them, I think that person would pick Zeke.
They have a lot of similarities, but one huge difference is their long speed. You can see that Zeke is way faster just by watching the game footage. He also tested way faster in the forty; although, Bell actually had a better 10-yard time but only by 0.01 seconds.
Bell is used way more as a receiver than Zeke was used as a receiver in 2016; however, Zeke will likely get more opportunities as a receiver in the future.

Bell is one of the best recievers in the league regardless of position.
Bell is a beast. So is Zeke.
Bell's style is real different, as we all know. Only thing with him is, his patience is almost too much sometimes. In some of those runs, there's a hole already there and he still waits. But he's so big, strong, and fast that it doesn't even matter. I have to go Bell right now. He's basically a top-notch WR, too. He's a top 3 player in the league.
Bell has better taste in friends.
I also don't get this talk. Zeke led the league in carries. But apparently he's not leaned onBell for sure currently, and I'm not sure how it's arguable. Only thing standing in Zekes way though is track record and usage. He's at worst third in the league, and should be number one with a bullet if leaned on like bell and DJ

Incorporating passing. he had 30 more carries than DJ but 80 less targets.
60 more carries than leveon but 50 less targets with bell missing 4 games.
Those two guys are outright focal points of the offense, and with that type of usage for zeke this isn't even a conversation.
We ran fewer overall plays than both of those offenses. Not only is it unclear if Zeke is the type of receiver that DJ and Bell are....but there were fewer total passes to go around to incorporate him even if we wanted to.
If you want to runa methodical pace, slow the game down and ride your running game....you can't then turn around and be made that the counting stats aren't as high in other offenses.
He led the league in rushing and didn't really take over the position until week 3 and then missed 1.5 games at the back half ot he season for rest.
He wasn't underutilized. He was a workhorse. And to say that he wasn't the focal point of our offense is an absolute joke.
