Yup, our problems are good problems to have. I believe we have the best running game in the NFL. That's not a big surprise to me. In the offseason I knew how good this O-line was and Ellliot was. I would have been fine with drafting Lynch in the first round and then going with Morris/McFadden/Dunbar as our running backs. Man, am I ever glad I didn't get my wish. So, great running game, wonderful, but no surprise. When McFadden's healthy (and I love the guy) he's expendable. Maybe he'll even have some trade value, depending if some teams are hard-up for a runner.

The surprises: Dak, obviously. I thought he may be a raw talent that has a slim chance of developing into a starter in 3-4 years. That he's playing this well in his rookie season is a total shock to me. He's the steal of the draft.

In the offseason many people were calling Mo Claiborne a bust. Others, myself included, just hoped he would play well enough to be a decent corner, maybe a 3rd corner. The dude's playing lights out. I didn't think I would say this, but he was worth the trade-up to get. I believe Jerry finds a way to keep him on the team.

I dont know.
We need a dominant DE.
That may be $15mil per year
We need to resign Martin and it is going to cost, probably >$12mil per year.
Cap goes up $10mil per year only.
Romo may not leave the books until 2018.
Both CBs are FA.
I think T Mcclain is a FA also.
I am think we need to June 1 or cut TCrawford as well as let Clairborne go...

Might need to move RT up in the draft a little, but who knows these days might get a gem in the late rd's. :muttley:

IF and I mean IF, we could keep Leary and move Collins to RT (if he can play RT)

may be.
Leary will be expensive...
assuming Collins can even play there.
free is costing $5m per year on top of it.
too bad green seems fragile.
