Why in the heck wouldn't you give him a chance first? Lol. Some of you would be horrible coaches.

I see a big mismatch in this game and was wondering how you guys think Dallas can slow it down.

Matthews vs Patmon.

Matthews is just too big for Patmon to handle out of the slot.

So then the logical thing to do would be to put Jones on Matthews right?

Well who goes on Ertz?

Do we not play Patmon much this week and use Corey White on Maythews?

Maybe use Patmon as a spy for Sproles in this game?

Mathews, you're worried about Mathews? Ehhhh....worry about Murray instead.

Hopefully Ertz won't ertz us, the quick Sproles and Rookie Agulour could on those fast timing routes, Pattmon or White could jump one to the hizouse too!

Jordan Mathews looks like their best pass catcher and he will get his. Hopefully our Offense is on target to score without Dez.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Nah, we just pull a John Jay High School attack on Matthews and deal with the consequences later.

I would prefer they do that to Chip Kelly somehow. I would laugh and laugh and laugh.

Their receivers are probably the weakest part of their offense. I really wouldn't worry about that part.

With all the issues the Cowboys have had in coverage the past few seasons and with the loss of Scandrick they better not take Philly's receivers for granted. Bradford passed for 336 yards last week and Jordan Matthews had 10 catches for 102 yards.

Pretty sure whoever has Matthews will have safety help fairly often

Either way, I'm playing Mathews in a few Fanduels

The Cowboys have had some problems with Philly over the years during their first matchup. Last season they rolled the Cowboys in their first matchup. Even the great Cowboys 92 team got smoked 31-7 by Philly in their first matchup.

I like our back seven to take care of business. They will have their spots and get some good drives but in the end our back seven can do a good enough job to give the offense a chance.

It's always a concern matching up with Philly's fast pace offense. If the defense isn't prepared for it with players out of position it can lead to giving up a lot of big plays and a lot of points.

I'm more worried about getting to Bradford. When he hears footsteps he tends to make mistakes. They are pretty thin with Gregory and Hardy out. Tank, Mincey and Crawford need big games.

be good game to give Coleman a bunch of snaps against the Iggles weak guards.....

Screw the eagles and their fast paced offense! Watching their game they did not look like any powerhouse. And, their QB did not look at all that good. A few short passes and long runs and he is some kind of bad man? HUH

Time management, which some do not understand, is that maintain control of the clock and their offense will not be so fast.

So, I would not worry about the eagles or anyone else trying to "ruffle feathers" because the eagles are some big bad team. A few slobber-knockers to a few players and that will also slow them down.

Now, the team will have to overcome the loss of Murray, Dez, and Scandrick, but that does not mean that there are not others that can step up. Some posters think that this team is not a professional team. The eagles will be in for a fight that is for sure, and this will be the second game with all the starters on the field. So, this FAN is not worried, win or lose, the eagles are in for a fight. Bradford? Really? lmao

If I were Rod Marinelli I would put 8 in the box most of the game and send exotic blitzes and run blitzes at them. Bottle up the middle, that's where Murray can hurt you, not east and west. Send the pressure and hit Bradford every chance you get. There is no need to second guess on the playaction read option when it comes to Bradford. We can tee off on him in those situations weather he hands the ball off or not if we get close enough. That's another thing right there within itself. Bradford isn't going to run anywhere. He is not moble at all. We need to sack the hell out of him all day long.

I'd let our corners single up most of the game and always be aware of where Darren Sproiles is at all times.

This Eagle's offense is finesse and we need to be physical with them. I kind of wish we'd actually activate Coleman or Bishop because their center Kelce is going to destroy Hayden. I mean how much film do they need to see of him getting owned to finally replace him?

Exactly. I think Patmon is perfectly suited for the slot. He seems to have good quickness and awareness for the position.

I think he is perfectly suited for the slot as well but when a 6'4' WR lines up in the slot then I'll reconsider.

He can be easily manhandled in the pass game and blocked into the secondary in the run game.
