People need to get this "trade down" crap out of thier heads. It takes 2 to trade down, and NOBODY, even the skins who were screaming to trade down had a partner.

Its not as easy as just saying "hey trade down a couple of spots", and get him later.

I don't understand the arithmetical logic of some of these claims, as if a team has the ability to project where a player will be selected, trade back so they get the absolute best value, and end up with a player they want.

Say what you will about Buffalo reaching for players that could have been had later but at the end of the day all you want is players that will get on the field and contribute. I think they've succeeded in doing that with the past two years' first-round selections.

If Buffalo wanted a RB, they had to go Lynch. He wasn't going to last much longer simply because several teams needed RBs and there are only two legitimate early round prospects in this draft. Simple supply and demand - more teams needed RBs early than there were RBs to draft.
