Offense is cooking? You see the last couple games? Where has he been good exactly? This team is 3-5-1. Barely beat the Giants. Lost to Carolina, Chicago and Arizona. He has been terrible. BTW head coaches are responsible for the whole team not just the offense.

it's generally accepted practice to allow a new head coach at least a complete season before talking about how bad they are. Most would be allowed at least into the second season before the call for heads to roll but that wouldn't fit your obvious expectation of failure.

This guy was the best linebacker the Bengals had and they benched him trying to get younger.

He's not the player he was at his peak but he knows where to go and what his assignments are. He's got the instincts Kenneth Murray lacks and the physicality Jack Sanborn lacks.

Shemar James can’t improve on the bench . Play him and Liufau with Wilson in the middle . Sanborn Murray Clark strictly depth

I don't think we can keep this depth if they can't play special teams.

Far better to scrub this unit in the offseason and find some physical LBs who will fill gaps and lay the wood in your depth side of the room.

In a couple of years you can overhaul this unit. The question remains can this team do the overhaul in the window we have Dak and the offence together?

On its own the Williams and Wilson trades are a positive. There is an injection of ability here.

Lingering is the thought about the mindset and thinking of team mgmt. The historically bad defence was not built in one day. There have been some warning signs about this team not being able to stock talent.

What don't we know here? Last game the offence was struggling. We could have used someone with homerun talent, but we chose not to punch Blue's ticket...why?

He's been good on offense. He assembled a great offensive staff. But he needs to blow up the defensive staff and bring in someone who actually knows what they are doing.

He was relegated to backup on the. Engels, gets traded to Dallas and is instantly the best LB on the roster currently.

His red zone play calling the past couple weeks has really hurt the team. He is not a serious coach.
