Michelle Tafoya has a nice voice. If she can do analytical work, she should replace Kornheiser and Norman Einstein. Those two clowns have terrible, irritating voices and their "witty" banter should be punishable by cutting off their tongues. Throw Joe Namath in for color commentary, and unwanted sexual advances.
