He did the same thing at the SR bowl against him. I coveted him. I wanted him more then any other player I have in years. We got a nice consolation, but that is someone you trade up to get.

Looks like a lot of hesitation look back routes, rather than confident passer hitting the slant in stride. Dak had tons of time in that example to make a well designed passing tree. I don't think that's what we saw.

Donald is flat out a stud. He does what he did to Martin there to most O-linemen. See it twice a year as it happens to the crap Seattle O-line.

The guy is THAT good.

We get to face that beast next game..... (shudder)

Zack from what I could see in that play was doing Ok until he got doubled. Donald is considered by more than a few the best DT in the game but the Rams designed that to double martin. I would say that Zack fought Donald pretty even for the game. Had it on my DVR and did not get to it until this afternoon.

ALL that aside the article is very dishonest

Donald has some Randy White to his game. His strength, speed and leverage are undeniable. Also plays with a certain nastiness we've been missing on our own interior DL since the days of the Manster.

Looks like he held him enough and stayed complete in front of him. The QB on the other hand likes to hold the ball too long..

Wow, this dude is the best defensive linemen in pro football.

This almost took Dak's knee out for the season.

He is the best defensive lineman in football but he by no means forklifted Martin. 52 clearly is what forced Martin to move. Donald was actually stonewalled prior.

Nice to see that a lot of folks are using their own eyes and aren't buying what OP is trying to sell with this thread title and tweet.

Sack Martin is the most overrated player we currently have right now.

And he’s about to get Dez Bryant money as a guard.

Wish I could see the whole picture. Not sure if that is on Martin. Check Daks foot work. Should have let go of the ball first step forward. He shuddered 3 steps forward right into his blockers back. Better yet followed zeke through the hole and bought more time. Easy to say from the armchair.
Tyron had to help out Witten and the Rams knew this. Martin got trucked by two dudes because no one fears WittenWe hear "exposed" all the time and Witten is the poster boy. We're enamored by his being open

That was Fread beard....missed the pickup. Period.

This O-Line must have been reading clippings and drinking the cool-aid rather than getting ready for the season.

I am tired of its this guys fault or that guys fault. The entire O-Line - every one of them has not played worth a damn this season. They are the primary reason we are sitting at 2-2. Losing Leary was huge and it has impacted the line in a big way. They have talent but they are not playing with any cohesion. Biggest disappointment in the league to this point is the performance by these guys up front. Deplorable.

Yea, we had to let Leary walk because we needed $10 million to give to Nolan Carrol:facepalm:

Brilliant idea to replace 40% of the offensive line that was the heart, soul, and identity of the franchise, just brilliant.

As much as most of you guys hated Free. He was the leader of the o line. They are a shell of the last few years, but I'm confident they will get it figured out sooner than later.

This line desperately needs some effective audibles and coverage reads at the line of scrimmage.

What in the hell are you talking about?? In all my years of playing OL in high school & at the collegiate level, I have never heard of audibles or coverage reads at the line of scrimmage. We made calls to inform the line on formation & LBer position. It’s man on man or gap control based on the side of the center you’re on & the formation the defense moves into.

Then they had a safety blitz on the backside to cover the overload.

What overload?? The safety attacked from the 2nd level based on his read of the RB. When he saw the play action and Zeke going to the other side, he passed him off to the LBer and went after the QB. Otherwise, he’d been man-on Zeke into the pattern.

Agreed but Leary still was a boat load of money. Zeke's not the same and that's what's hurting us just as much

Wow, this is the play you pick? Zack had him completely under control until 52 gets a full speed run into the fray. Zack had some bad plays yesterday, but not this one.

Yeah that was great pass protection by Zack IMO, until the blitzer rammed into him.
