Looking for Alaskan Malamute Puppy

I'm wanting to buy an Alaskan Malamute puppy but having no luck in the East Texas area on finding them. The only ones I have found seem to be the champion of champions bloodline and their asking price is anywhere from 1,200 to 2,500. I thought I might use the power of CowboysZone to see if I'd have better luck in finding someone around the East Texas Area or even around the Dallas area that would have any for sale. Thanks.
