They just flexed Week 16 Eagles vs Bears to Sunday Night Football...meaning no primetime game for the Cowboys vs Eagles week 17.

Thank god, they are going to get smoked by the Eagles and I would just as soon it not be on a primetime nationally telecast game.

This season will still come down to Eagles Cowboys, like many thought it would when the schedule came out.

thats doesnt mean the dallas eagles cant still be flexed

team have played back to back SNF games (see denver this year)

means the NFL thinks the Eagles could have potential to clinch the NFL east at home that week

That doesn't mean the Week 17 game won't be flexed if it's for the division. Although, that's one huge, huge IF.

that would be pretty stupid to have the Eagles on SNF back-to-back weeks.

They obviously think the Bears game will be more important.

I guess everyone is now in love with the Bears. Funny how our defense can make a mediocre team look like the '80s 49ers high octane offense.

I thought they don't even have a Sunday Night game week 17 this year? There isn't one scheduled as of now. The only other game that would make any sense is Bal vs. Cinci.

No it wouldnt. If Eagles/Cowboys is a meaningful game that will draw MASSIVE ratings

All SNF is about is ratings....not quality of football

Why would you want to flex the game against the Eagles. We don't do well on nationally televised games.

If the eagles win that game they clinch nfce. Thats going to be a good game. They are more deserving of the division anyway. I wish none of our games would be in a spotlight its embarassing.

They are going to flex a Week 17 game with the most playoff implications. They do it every year.

Wish they didn't show them on national TV. Jerry deserves that for the trash he puts on every Sunday. I'm tired of it.

Any game can be flexed Week 17, I'm pretty sure. If it's a win-or-go-home game the NFCE crown (especially if it involves the Cowboys), it's getting flexed, even if the Eagles played the previous week.

Based off of what. We would have to lose and they win again for that to happen.

You people give up way too easy.

If and when we blow the last game to the Eagles, there is not a better place to do so than in prime-time. Watching Jerry get embarrassed on national TV, Spaulding picking his nose and Charlotte downing wine........priceless.
