Lousaka Polite?

Have I missed any news on this guy? Because I cant remember reading anything about him, good or bad, since camp began. He showed promise in the mincamps and I am one of the guys who really doesnt care for Barnes so its a downer to not hear anything about the guy.
Anyone have any scoop on Polite? Barnes and Bickerstaff arent going to Arizona so we should see quite a lot of Polite.

Bill has said that he likes him, but none of the FBs seem to have impressed much in camp.

All I have heard is that Polite is one of the strongest guys on the team as per BP. I guess we will find out Saturday if he is any good since he will be the only FB on the field. Parcells doesn't care for Fullbacks though and said he might not keep any and would just go with more TEs (his more favorite position).

It's not much info but it's all there has really been lately.

I do also remember BP saying that Polite was one of the hardest working and most improved in the offseason and has said that he is "pulling for him". (to me that means BP likes Polite and wants someone to give him a reason to get rid of the worthless Barnes)
I also know that BP likes him alot because he was a team captain at Pitt.

Dallas needs a good FB. talk of phasing out the position in favor of carrying an extra TE strikes me as absurd in the extreme.

i'm pulling for Lousake to make the team. bickerstaff might be a lotta things - but a FB? i'm sorry. for today - i don't see it. so show me.

and that shadow playing FB last season... he's gotta go.

I did just read within the last couple of days a blurb about Polite having a very good day...(That day)...

Seems we all agree Barnes was worthless last year...

Given that we seem to want to carry four RBs (Julius, MB3, A-Train and Tyson) and a bunch of DLs and LBs for our multiple looks defense - I suspect we may pull a page of the Pats book. We'll probably have one of the LBs of DLs function as our blocking FB for 3rd and shorts and goal-line situations. In other situations, we may lineup with two TEs with one of them shifting into the FB spot. This saves us a roster spot on a player who would only see a few snaps a game.

FBs are like Offensive linemen, if you don't hear anything about them, it's a good thing.
