I was not at all pleased with the way we played ..... way to many mistakes...

too many dropped balls and Bledsoe is gonna get somebody killed... special

teams need special help and the defense while for the most part played well

they still look like a work in progress and far from a finished product... color

me officially worried...

I have to think (hope) all of those dropped balls were a one-off.

I wonder when was the last time we dropped so many passes in a game?

well if not for that special teams fake TD we completely kicked their butts. vanderjagt came thru, and if not for TO getting hurt, he may not have dropped so many.
Our defense looked solid to me, Pat Watkins is a stud, and our pass rush was great against a pretty talented OL.

Pretty much my thoughts!

I thought our defensive front seven depth just wore down their offensive line; in the 2nd half, that became pretty evident. If we had offensive line strength and depth like that, we'd be in the Super Bowl!

We'll get a chance to see what kind of young receivers we have in the next few weeks.

Fasano and Glenn were the only guys that seemed able to catch passes last night; Fasano looks like a load to tackle!

Lots of room for improvement!

They shutdown our outside receivers....we were trying to take what they were giving us but the drops (8-9) really hurt us.

Buck up little camper. It's only week 2 in the NFL. Of course the whole team is a work in progress at this point.

By week 5 we should know where we stand on both sides of the ball.

Yeah they played a cover-2 most of the night doubling the outside WRs. to defeat that, you MUST convert in the running game and on short passes. The running game was fine but the easy drops were drive-killers.

But many of those drops were TO. And TO had the broken finger so I give him a pass. You take his 4-5 drops out and it wasn't quite so bad.

I'd put Witten, Polite and Barber at two apiece.

I thought the OP was going to read something like,

Enjoyed the win, but Bledsoe played. I was wrong. There was more. :)

Only things that bothered me was the drop balls and penalties. other than that Dallas was able to have a good running game, Bledsoe was on target and the defense did a solid job on the night and the offensive line did a overall good job in both pass protection and opening up some holes for Jones. On defense big game by Newman who shut down Moss pretty much all night long.

I think it was 3, which included the one in the EZ. But they were all stemming from the broken finger.

Maybe he should have told the trainers earlier.

No doubt 3rd and short and Roy came in and blasted the running back to make it 4th down, then of course the big int when it looked as if Washington was about to get right back into the game.

Agreed. I was sooo bored with that game. I was happier with the Giants/Philly game. In the first qtr the Skins receiver were open if Brunnell could throw the ball on time. And lets not talk about our QB. Thank God for the bye.

What was wrong with Bledsoe? Other than guys dropping easy balls Drew had a very good night.

Bledsoe had a good game.

19-38 ( with 9 drops ), 229 yds ( add 50-70 if we catch those balls ) 2 TD's, no INT's

A couple good throwaways instead of risking an INT or a sack.
