We looked like a team that had been playing for 3 or 4 weeks instead of the brashness or nervousness that sets back many a team. The whole feel of our game was that we looked in good condition and rolled through the game without sticking anyones nose i it.
Job done - now for a home opener that many will feel ( the media ) could tell how good a team we are. The eagles won big but so what???!!!

Can see us unbeaten until the big Giants matchup and then we'll see how good we are.

Next Monday is going to be one heck of a measuring stick.

Philly looks good and when the lights come on next Monday in Big D your going to see Philly bring everything they've got.

We've lost 2 straight to Philly at TX Stadium. That xmas day massacre in '06 still stings in my head.

I hope our guys come out fired up, and the 3rd times the charm. This is going to be a tough one. The Eagles D is revamped, young, and very talented. And the Eagles O is healthy(McNabb, Westy, and LJ).

I hope we win.

Lets be positive - yes they may be hungry, but we are BETTER, everyone does the job like yesterday and we win easy, even with the penalties !!!

Youre starting to sound like a brit over here being all down about how much potential we have haha !!!

IMO we have the look and feel of a young veteran team ready to take its place at the top of the heap. We are no longer a team that is building for the future. Last year proved that. This year we step up and take it!

This team has chemistry. You can tell that they are comfortable in the scheme. When guys are comfortable , they start flying around making plays.

Wait until they get some more game experience, and Pacman knocks some of that rust off. We are going to be scary.

Add to the fact that we have depth at almost every position this year. A luxury we haven't had in past years. The only thing that could derail us is an injury to Romo, as we have questionable depth at QB...but most teams do.

The eagle may be a good team, but we are a very very good team. Maybe a great team by February 2009.

They have no mystical hold on us or advantage of any kind.

We kicked their butt in Philly last year and would have done the same in Dallas if not for Romo injuring his hand.

It's amazing to me how people just forget that little tid bit.

The eagles could be the 2nd best team in the NFC, so we have to bring it.

But we are the best team. We just have to play our best and talent will prevail.

This team has that early 90s mentality of get in, smack your opponent around for 4 quarters, and get out. They make it look easy.

Dallas defense needs to get an attitude before next weeks game. Get angry and beat the hell out of the Egals....we owe them a major beatdown. 35-0

Slap the eagle black and blue and leave a big star on the side of its head.

It's not even a matter of having depth at QB.

99% of the time a team loses their starting QB their SB aspirations are shot.

Very seldom does a backup replace a starter mid-season and significantly improve on the starters play.

Unless of course the starter name is Drew Bledsoe.:laugh2:

If I were the Commanders or some other second rate franchise looking for an answer at QB, I'd have to seriously consider talking Drew out of retirement.

We have depth, and it's all questionable.
