If I knew he was fully healed and would be able to practice 100% once camp starts, there is no way I would take Ramsey over Jack.
So for me, if there's no QB we like at our pick, I like Goff, and this guys ready to be 100% healthy? I'm good taking him at our pick.

Yeah I am by no means up to date on all these prospects. Typically I would shy away from a linebacker in the top 10, but his skill set is intriguing. I have seen people list him as the top defensive player on their board even before the re-check (that would obviously change if his re-check does not come out good).
I too want to be sure about the QB's. If you feel like one of these guys are future elite guys, move up for them and don't wait and hope they drop. If you don't think either are future elite guys, a first two round of Jack and maybe a pressure interior lineman who slips into the second wouldn't be a bad consolation imo.
