Twitter: Machotta: Sean Lee called Prescott's play an inspiration. Felt D could've done more (paraphrase)

When the other team scores 34, and 21 in the first three drives, it is kind of hard not to feel the defense could have done more.

Sean Lee doesnt have much time left playing at a high level. Hes 31? Years old
We need Smith right next to him next year, and use Smith as a pass rusher too. I do believe that Dak will be twice as good next year with Swaim and a dynamic speed receiver, more chemistry with Dez as he finally got close to the end of the year. I think he'll take a few weeks off and start the preparation of getting better. This guy wants a title.

The most important ingredient is Zeke lined up behind him or next to him in shotgun formation. Pinch me!

I've been seeing quite a bit of overhauling our defense and I don't think we need to go that far. I'm glad we finally addressed the 1 tech with someone other than Hayden. The interior of our Dline is built to stop the run. The only area I want to see multiple transactions on is the DE spot. We need two pass rushers. Addressing this area takes our defense to new heights and rest assured we are Super Bowl favorites.

If he stays healthy, he could play into his mid 30s at a high level. He's elite (All Pro says "hello" :)). His preparation and dedication can easily keep him as a stalwart at the Will, Woodson :)

Healthy being the key, and his move to WLB seems to be aiding his durability.
Really hope so dude, love the pic in your sig.

Amen. I am certain that the FO will upgrade the defense. I hope they work the draft and not ruin the future with OVER spending in FA.

I don't think they'll over spend. I could see them adding maybe one "big name" type player, but ONLY if they are as confident as possible that the player will work out. Recent years seem to indicate we've become hesitant to buy starters in FA.

I just don't expect to see them gambling on FA's like they have in the past, or like some other teams do (which as we know doesn't work too well a lot of the time).

Somebody mentioned Desean Jackson in another thread without resigning Williams as a guy to really take the top off the defense and provide even more running room. I'll say it intrigues me

Yep. I would say your right. The FO has learned their lesson!
