That only happened after we beat them and they lost to Washington. They beat us, and then went on a 3 game losing streak. That's an implosion. If they just went 50-50 down the 4 game stretch, they make the playoffs, and we don't.

Thats not an implosion thats Sanchez regressing to his mean.

Playoff spot locked up making the last game frivolous. The didn't implode, Sanchez just went full Sanchez.

Just when I try to stick up for Chip cleaning house he RE-SIGNS dirty sanchez for relatively big money. Unreal.

LOL....The Eagles are going to be so awful next year and for the years to come as long as Chip is running the show. I can't ******* wait to watch it all unfold. Philly made a franchise-destruction type mistake hiring this clown who has never won a damn thing in his life.

Yeah, when you dont sign top tier fa but you sign second tier guys its call being prudent.

Ah, I see. Chip being prudent up the ying yang. Unless he's got a splash move up his sleeve, head scratching start to FA.

Let's just wait and see how things spin out shall we?

Heck if the Eagles wanted they could sign Dez to an offer sheet. :)

Sure. If they sign Dez to an offer sheet then their package for Mariota is ruined. Let them kill their future trading up for him.

This wasn't a house cleaning move. The eagles wanted him back. There was a tweet from local radio guys saying his re-signing was imminent.

Guess he wanted to move back to MO and play for Reid again. Plus he saw how Chip treated Desean and McCoy.

Not gonna work with Foles/Sanchez and average at best players at the skill positions. They either need to hit big on Mariota at QB or replenish the talent they've lost at WR/RB over the past 2 years.

lmao jon and sean are getting destroyed on twitter. not sure if you're from philly or not, but if you've ever listened to those two its nothing more than a clown show.

everyone on philly radio either talks about chip the genius, or how dallas sucks. its rather sad.

Nah I'm fortunate enough to not be from Philly, but I imagine a lot of Philly rage is being taken out on those two. To their credit they did get the Sanchez signing correct.

Lost out on the McCourty sweepstakes. Their top RB and WR are gone. Doesn't look good up in Phithy. But hey, Chip's a genius!

Negative. Doing so would mean no chance at Mariota whom Chip has too much of a hard on for.

if Tennessee or NYJ want marriota it's a moot point. This could be in play as they have the cap room to pay dez calvin money

I speculate that the Eagles will offer multiple picks and Foles for that #2 spot.

Well they largely got away with not having Jackson last year. I doubt they'll be able to perform offensively without Maclin and McCoy.

Their idea might be to go all out on defense and use scheme to create offense, but it won't work. The NFL isn't that easy.

there has been alot of chatter this offseason in philly that not having Jackson last year was main reason for them not making playoffs. Chip obviously thinks his system is so elite it doesn't really require top talent but rather coachable players who will buy into his off-season conditioning metrics. The philly media is convinced its just matter of time until Chip wins superbowl. For me, I think he is closer to going back to college coaching that winning at big dance.

Chip already jettisoned one good good WR because he doesn't want to deal with strong personalities in the locker room and you think he's going to trade two #1s and pay Dez Bryant?

:lmao2:

It's official the pipe has won. Put it down, my brother. Put it down.
