The NFL just say the Commish lose all respect from players and fans alike.
This just went from respected to Mad as Hell at him.

I'm sorry guys, I normally don't allow sports issues to upset me. But this Commish just showed me the yellow streaks he has down his back.

Wade Wilson, defenitely did not deserve the suspension he received. Now with this cowardly commish given BCheat an NFL pass to cheat.

A fan protest is in order ASAP. Fire the BUM!!

I do not agree with Goodell in this case but I have agreed with him on others and do not feel firing him is in order.

Don't be so hard on the Commish, he's just appeasing the Mickey Mouse Sports network who has applied pressure behind the scenes for him to take it easy.

I am with YOU brother... This is a FARCE... a complete JOKE and an embarrassment to the NFL.

This "penalty" amounts to nothing more than a slap on the wrist when considering the sheer MAGNITUDE of the infractions.

Cutting other teams radio frequencies during offensive drives?... REPREHENSIBLE BEHAVIOR if you ask me... and I am really really pissed over this whole thing.

OK..........Good luck with that.

At most, Goodell is guilty of inconsistency. But heck, maybe that keeps the players and coaches on their toes. You don't dare look at past disgressions and think you will get the same punishment for the same thing, because you may end up getting a 1 year suspension instead of just a fine.

Goodell isn't beholden to Wade Wilson as he is to Bob Kraft--big difference. It's not right, nor fair and should be pointed out early and often.

To be honest this is pretty much in line with what i was expecting.

i was thinking a suspension for belichek and the loss of a 3rd rounder.

I actually think the draft picks they could lsoe potentially will be significant.

Would I like to see mumbles suspended? you betcha but i also know how debilitating the loss of first rounders can be.

and additionally why not go after the Pats GM as well as it makes sense that he would be involved as well. As far as im concerned i see the whole organization from the top down suspect and not just Belichhek and draft picks are the most valuable commodity in the NFL and they are going to losee some good ones.

The thing i like is it will make it much more costly for them to move up from the SF pick. The 9ers will be an 8-8 kinda team and that pick will be in the teens. With their own pick, which could be in the high 20's to #32 , they could have moved up into the top 10 for a blue chip prospect. Now they will have to give their #2 and #3 if they want to move up for that great player, unless the 9ers suck and end up winning 5-6 games. They will still get a good player with the 9ers pick, but i doubt it will be an elite player.

Pats cheated this year, were caught this year, and are being punished next year. That's not fair

they should at the very least get punished this year (coach being suspended)

Not if losing one of your cheeseburgers is your only punishment for robbing a bank.
