Sometime in August.

You get a bonus this year, "gang tackling". I've never seen it before but, apparently it happens in real football.

I still don't like the graphics for some reason. The players look weird when they run. I really wish they would change that. They just appeared to pretty up the presentation, and maybe adding in some gang tackling.

The players STILL look goofy. I have read the EA hype, and this video did nothing to sell me. I am going to need a demo from Xboxlive before I decide to buy this game.

The idea of Troy and Emmitt on the same team once again has me almost 100% sold on that game.

Not to mention the idea of guys like Sweetness and Richard Dent available to play as. I will need a demo for this game too, but the 2k people KNOW how to make football games. I am ready to predict that AllPro is going to be the Winning Eleven to EA's FIFA.

Yeah I know but, I think theres a limit of like 3-4 legends on a team and the rest are made up players. They should have done what they did with 2K5 and sold the game cheaper than Madden. $35 defiantly sounds reasonable but, I guess that's not good for business.

The one thing that gives me pause about APF is the lack of a franchise mode. I know that the legendary players make a franchise mode a more complicated undertaking, but without one the single player loses a lot of replay value.

Still though, if I had to decide which game to purchase right now, I would definitely go with APF. It's hard to have any faith in EA.

At least there is still NCAA 08. I mean will still buy Madden, but I would have love to see where 2K5 would of gone had EA not monopolized the market. I know they are making this new game, but it is just not the same without current players.

Unless they come out with a PC version of AFP I'm stuck with Madden. I'm not paying $300 for a game system I won't use. I had an xbox for about 6 months or so and sold it.

Looks pretty much like the same Madden game as the last few years. Same look, same play books, same boring crap. Ive bought Madden every year since the franchise came out, this year is going to be the first year I pass on it. Last year's 360 version was a total ripoff for $60, Im not going to give them anymore money to they actually improve the game.

I gave up on Madden a few years ago. I now get my football fix from NCAA football and this years version looks to be really good.
