Personally I think he is gone if not this monday then next while we go into the bye. Do their homework look at what Williams has done in blocking and maybe some street free agents. Cutting a guy and putting someone else in that may or may not know blocking assignment sends one hell of a message. The timing of this all sucks but as a coach you cannot make a decision that can physically hurt your team in the future.
