The media, well-meaning and always looking for a feel-good story, anointed Bieniemy as a rising star. But based on KC where he wore out his welcome and then a "we're inclusive" Washington hire, he gained status as an abrasive "task master." He quickly rubbed the Commodes players the wrong way.

Eric has a real likeability issue. Players do not like him at all. He also does not come off well in speaking/presentations so that may be an issue with interviews.

Don't be surprised if he ends up Associate HC/Offensive Coordinator at his alma mater.
 
Seeing Washington continuously line up in shotgun on 3rd/4th down on thanksgiving told me all I needed to know about him lol
 
He didn't like running the ball.......something the cowboys want to get stronger at.....so yeah not a good fit.

He needs to go back to KC for a few years and work with Mahomes again.

He can focus all he wants but as long as Jerry keeps us three or four players away from being able to compete it will always be like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and hoping it won't go down.

It's very simple we don't have what we need to get further we need more either get it or be happy to make the playoffs.


Jerry is happy just to make the playoffs because no doubt he's done the research or had somebody do it and that is more profitable than winning a championship and then having a few down years

Not really.......one year with a raw QB, terrible OL, a bad organization, a lame duck coaching staff, and new management.....he was doomed from the beginning. Now he's labeled trash from that association. And I don't like the Commanders one bit. On to the next organization, since the NFL does recycle.......unless you get the Byron Leftwich treatment. Hmmm.

It was obvious his success in KC was due to Andy Reid... he could not get a HQ job, and how did he do for Washington?

Why would you want him ?
