Standing straight up is bad technique run or pass blocking. Pass blocking requires knee bend , but not standing up. It may look like standing up to somebody that has never pass blocked, but it is far from it if done correctly.

Nate Newton said that Connor Williams is having an up and down camp tonight.

There is no excuse to not have a solid Left Guard.

If Connor is still only a get in the way blocker then get Joe Looney ready to play the position and let him hold it down until McGovern is ready to go.

Damn this is depressing to read. He had a decent finish to the season last year + he has added some weight so i'm hoping if they do start him he can be at least a good starter
