Back to back road wins in the blue uniforms - LOVE IT!
Most impressed with: The fact that the Cowboys did not abandon the run when they were down 21-0.

All Points Bulletin: An APB has been issued for Robert Quinn. Where was he? He must have fallen into that abyss known as Tyron Smith.

Head Scratcher: How does Dez Bryant find his way into a different area code with no company from an opponent?

Reminisces: The performance of Morris Claiborne today reminded me of the performance of Isaac Holt against the Giants in 1991. Both corners got picked on all day, but made the game-saving pick to ice it.

Bulls eye Boy: Dan Bailey - Congratulations! May your kicks be straight and far.

Surprised: For the 3rd straight game, the Cowboys' opponents had more penalties than the Cowboys.

Draft Pick Analysis:
Zack Martin - had a few issues but was solid overall!
Anthony Hitchens - when you make BIG plays, you keep your starting position. I am liking what I see from this draft pick most posters blasted the Cowboys for on draft day.
Devin Street - is he injured? I don't recall seeing him on the field.
Ken Bishop - nice to see him out there, but I saw Stacy drag the pile several yards numerous times.

Other Notes:
- I figured as much the offensive line was going to have issues with that Ram defense. They did better than I expected.
- Dallas needs to get Terrance Williams and Dwayne Harris in the game a little more. Then again, when the Cowboys are running the ball as they are, this will be difficult to do.

Austin Davis: As an Alumni of the University of Southern Mississippi, I certainly do wish Austin Davis well. I just did not want him to have the game he had today. I think this Golden Eagle is going to be good - a starting quarterback in the NFL. Sam Bradford may not get his job back next season.

TE Cook: If I am Jeff Fisher, I cut his butt after hitting his QB on the sideline like he did.

You might add to the "Most Impressed" list...play action that actually worked for once. There was one play on 3rd and short or 2nd and short and the Cowboys went 3 TE, a run heavy formation. Hanna, Escobar, and Witten all went out on routes after the play action. I believe Witten caught the pass for a first down. The defense and I were completely fooled into thinking it was a run to Murray. It's been a long time since I've been misdirected when watching the Cowboys offense.

I saw that and was surprised too. About as close as they have come to a trick play that I can remember.

I don't know why they don't use more of this. All of our TEs are hard to cover and would be mismatches against LBs and most Safeties.

Hanna runs a 4.49/40yards . Escobar and Witten has size advantage. They all have descent hands.

It's a head scratcher that we have the #1 runner in the NFL, but yet we do so little play action. Hopefully, the coaches will see how effective it was and will incorporate more of it. Then we'll see a lot more BIG plays down-field.

Well, they tried PA in the first game against SF, but because no one really believed we would stick with the run, it got blown up every time. I think if you read Sturm's blog, 2 out of 3 of Romo's INTs vs. SF were on PA where SF didn't bite. I think moving forward, it will be effective because now we've established that we will run and stick with the run.

This. It seems as though Romo struggles with his reads in PA.

You don't cut Cook. They guy knows how to get open and catch the ball. He was visibly upset with himself. He didn't want anyone consoling him at that moment, just wanted to be left alone to deal with his miscue. I do not believe he was upset with Austin, just didn't want anyone trying to make him feel better after he dropped a sure TD pass.

If you notice, on the next possession, Austin went back to him several times.

This incident will be handled in the locker room for sure.

Agree with everything, especially the play of Martin! BTW, did Aaron Donald even play for the Rams?

The reason Bryant was so open for that touchdown is the same reason why Romo threw the pick 6. The CB guessed. One was right, the other was wrong.

Romo's post-game take on that was hilarious, and accurate.
