Marinelli is a good motivator and raises the potential of his dlinemen. He's done that everywhere he's been and that's what he should go back to doing. Step away from calling plays and just coach the dline.

If the season ends up being a failure, and there's a lot of football left to be played before that's determined, then this entire staff top to bottom should be let go.

Bring in a new HC and let him decide on who he decides to retain or replace.

We run a defense that gets no pressure, cannot stop the run up the middle and does not create turnovers. When you consider all that, the ranking of #7 in total defense is a false narrative that does not give the whole picture. Also these problems have ailed this defense since before Richard was brought in.

I wish Stephen would bring in a defensive consultant to review and monitor the absolute disaster that Marinelli and Richard have created. Before hiring the consultant, make some calls to former NFL people like Jimmy Johnson and Parcells and get their opinions of what the problems are.
