Official word on Marion Barber's injury will come later today during the Wade Phillips press conference.

But it appears Barber suffered a strained quad when he went down on his 35-yard run late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's loss. It is not believed to be serious.

Again, we'll be back with the official word on the injury and whether or not it impacts next week's game soon.

This concerns me more than anything else last night.

I'd hate to lose him, but we do have two other good backs.

On the other hand, the no sacks, no turnovers, giving up about 900 yds in two games things, that really worries me.

Hows Barber?

10:34 Todd Archer: Quadriceps strain. It's not expected to be serious but he did go down in a heap, didn't he?

Yea lets forget our QB completely lost the game for us with more boneheaded plays. MB3 will be fine. Unlike ROMO, MB3 is a winner. Maybe u should change ur priorities. Our QB is a losing choker who loses games for us consistently. Big important games.

Felix got banged up too.....details forthcoming.........
He did get up slow a couple times. But I don't think he would be on the injury report.

Dude, Im upset about the loss also, but calm down.

Still have a long season ahead of us.

I know Romo had a rought night, but I am not ready to give up on the guy or the team.

Yeah I forgot about all those big games and playoff wins Marion Barber has enjoyed since being in Dallas....oh wait.

I believe what happened to Felix was cramping in his calf. I don't think he was actually injured.

I strained a quad once playing baseball. Takes about week or so to heal for the normal person. For an NFL football player, it should not even be an issue.

as far as I know, He had his quad bothering him last night but his issue was his right calf. It kept cramping up on him. Same thing with roy williams. They both were suffering from cramps all night.

I dont think either was injured.

Was it the same injury that he banged up in Tampa?

Or was it a Bruised Thigh.

I think Barber had like 150 yards in the playoff loss to the giants.

Yeah he did. He had like 120 of them in the first half and then didn't do much in the second. And, correct me if I'm wrong, did we win that game cause I could have swore we didn't.

And seeing as how we already know we didn't that means Marion Barber has won exactly as many big time playoff games, or big games, as Romo has.

don't hold your breath guys. HE went down like he was shot last night: they call it a quad "strain" until they do the MRI. He'll be out a minimum of a couple weeks and maybe more. Sucks but .....quads are tricky for RB's. Luckily, we have 2 more.

If it was Newman we'd be looking at the IR
