That is the question. I don't recall him being involved in the offense hardly at all. Blocking is important, but come on. He was wide open on one play, but Romo didn't see him. I hope he doesn't get frustrated. I still think he can be one helluva weapon for us.

Marterllus Bennett, along with Tashard Choice and Miles Austin are those type of players that would be contributing on a team with a more competent Staff.

I think Martellus Bennett will get frustrated if we lose. He doesn't seem selfish and get rattled whether we win or lose.

This is on Garrett.

We have the best TE in the NFL, but Garrett wont utilize him in the red zone. We have Bennett, who is an up and coming beast, but we wont utilize him in the red zone. We keep a healthy and awesome Choice on the bench for most of the game, while we constantly use a gimpy and hurting Barber.

Just last week, I felt like there were some trust issues between Romo and Austin and look what happened today - a record day in Cowboys history. If Romo doesn't trust Bennett, he needs to give the guy a chance. What he can do after the catch is amazing for a guy his size.

I am kind of surprised at the lack of production from Marty B.

However, when you have Jason Witten, I guess we should not be all surprised that his production is not what we thought it would be.

Bennett has been open ....but Romo just doesnt see him.....Like RW....Romo just doesnt trust him .......I guess.

We have all seen....that Romo does zero in on certain players.....I really like what Austin did today....I hope he is our threat...but when RW comes back....Austin wont get those looks .. :(

Garrett just doesn't use the talent we have, he won't use MartyB, i swear i could count on 1 hand the times I saw martyB running a route..

Austin should get the start opposite Roy next week.

RW doesn't seem to get those looks either. We don't know what Romo is seeing out there, but it does seem like he keys on certain guys at times. Case in point, Hurd last week and Austin today. Of course, today netted better results.

Choice got 8 carries. It was obvious Barber is not right, yet Garrett only gives Choice 8 carries. Run the ball until they prove they can stop it.

Garrett is an idiot and terrible play caller. He's proven time and time again, he's clueless. Can't wait until he's gone...which should be 11 games.

Did people not give Garrett a hard time last week for giving Choice more carries against Denver than Barber? Damned if you do, damned if you don't, I suppose.

"Run the ball until they prove they can stop it." Never mind the fact that the 'under utilized', according to you, Miles Austin was having a career day with us throwing the ball.

Something makes me think that if we had given Choice, say, 5 more carries and Austin had ended up with 5 catches instead of his 10, that you'd be saying "Austin only had 5 catches today." instead.

Garrett can't win with some people. He does something one week that people were saying he should have done the week before, and instead of saying that he did it, they decide to complain, still, about the fact that he hadn't done it before, or, they complain that we didn't do what we actually did the week before and instead did what they were calling for. One week, we pass and people say we should run. So the next week we run more, and people say we should have passed more. It can be applied to any situation. We should have thrown to Crayton one week, then we throw to Crayton the next week and the same people are wondering why the hell we're throwing to Crayton.

Just be happy with a friggin win, people. They don't come easy.

Don't get bogged down by facts. Don't you understand this board is full of NFL coaches. They have all the answers. If you don't believe me just ask them.

Just a little note, "wherefore art thou" isn't a declaration of location. It's a declaration of who the person is. When Juliet asks "Wherefore art thou Romeo" she's not asking where he is, she's asking why does he have to be named Romeo of the Montague family.

we have yet to run the ball to much and people say to throw it.. when has that happened? you just made that up to credit your argument.
last week we weren't upset that choice got the carries, it was that the run was all but abandoned in the second half. much like it is every week.

and you can hardly credit garrett todays success, austin made the plays, otherwise it would have just been a couple out routes and a slant all going for normal yardage. austin is why austin had the day he did, not garrett..

todays success was enjoyable, but remember, mike marts offenses also had a bunch of statistically good days aswell.. just because we put up some yardage doesn't mean garrett called a good game.

he still kept running barber inexplicably. MartyB was again underused only running a couple patterns the whole day.

and that delayed handoff in the endzone almost gave away 2 points.

who calls a freakin delayed handoff on the 1?

luckily romo and austin had big days and got the win for us. but don't fool yourself into thinking garrett did good..
