Did people not give Garrett a hard time last week for giving Choice more carries against Denver than Barber? Damned if you do, damned if you don't, I suppose.
"Run the ball until they prove they can stop it." Never mind the fact that the 'under utilized', according to you, Miles Austin was having a career day with us throwing the ball.
Something makes me think that if we had given Choice, say, 5 more carries and Austin had ended up with 5 catches instead of his 10, that you'd be saying "Austin only had 5 catches today." instead.
Garrett can't win with some people. He does something one week that people were saying he should have done the week before, and instead of saying that he did it, they decide to complain, still, about the fact that he hadn't done it before, or, they complain that we didn't do what we actually did the week before and instead did what they were calling for. One week, we pass and people say we should run. So the next week we run more, and people say we should have passed more. It can be applied to any situation. We should have thrown to Crayton one week, then we throw to Crayton the next week and the same people are wondering why the hell we're throwing to Crayton.
Just be happy with a friggin win, people. They don't come easy.
