i'm 6'4" and 350 so i don't fit too well in many of the "hip" ones out there. but i've got the lower back of a 90 year old prostitute and simply getting up can hurt like hell. so i was wondering if spending the $$$ for one would be worth it and if it would even help my back, or just feel pretty good but my back would still hurt.

i can actually fit in this one and it feels fantastic. the arms actually spread a bit wider giving me ample space. just not sure it's worth $2650 delivered and set up total cost.

anyone have one?

As far as the chairs go .......in my opinion they are only good for people who feel stiff ....... joint and muscle pain will not be helped from a vibrating chair.

Again just my opinion.

Vibrating chair? no.

Massage Chair? Yes. The kind with the little balls in them that actually massage your back. Like you find in the mall.

Agreed. Vibrating does nothing but mix up lunch. I agree w zrin this won't fix my back problem n another friend just recommended DDP yoga. May do both.

If you have back problems, muscle spasms, tight muscles etc. I recommend saving the money and going for a deep tissue massage for an hour a week.

Mackenzie exercising/stretching will do wonders for you as well.

Counter the cost by buying one off craigslist. People dump these things cheap. Why pay full price when you could buy one that was hardly used. :)

a 90 year old prostitute

That sort of gave me a cold chill, .. I shook in my chair and switched to another window real fast so I couldn't read it any more.

You should warn a guy or something before putting something like that out there.

Not to sound mean but drop some weight. That can help with some if your back issues. Strengthen your core yoga would certainly help.

I used a $2500 chair occasionally at my old job. It was great, but I wouldn't pay more than $500.

I have a friend who has one he loved until it stopped working. Now he has a $4,000 recliner.
