Matchups I care about against the Cardinals

All I did was look at the AZ depth chart and looked at obvious matchups. Im not even going to give my overall take, just commentary. I want to see what you guys think

A) Antrelle Rolle and David Macklin against our WRs. Macklin doesnt suck, but hes not exactly Aneas Williams.

B) Bertrand Berry against Flozell Adams. Ware has been giving Adams fits so far.

C) Bouldin and Fitzgerald versus Newman, Henry and Glenn. We have depth dont we?

D) Leonard Davis against Mr. Ware. Davis was highly touted at one point.

E) Jacob Rogers against Peppi Zellner. Peppi was terrible wasnt he?

Im sure there is more but at least this is a start.

How long has A. Rolle been in camp? I thought he was just signed? I think that Robert Tate might get the start if Antrel hasn't been in camp too long..

You are right about Berry.. But hopefully Flo has benefited by practicing against Ware and can minimize Berry's effectiveness..

I think that Okeafor is the DE opposite Berry and not Peppi.. At least according to the Cards website..

That was what I thought.. I wonder how much of a factor Rolle can be based on that.

Because he just got into camp, Rolle will mostly play 2nd string.

WR Anquan Boldin, RB Marcel Shipp, C Alex Steponavich and RT Oliver Ross won't be playing because of injury. So it's going to be a very watered down Arizona offense.

I'm looking forward to see how well we control their running game with our new 3-4 front. JJ Arrington is highly touted but new so he may get more of a workout in this game than a normal vet would get (1 series). I wouldnt panic if we did poorly but this will obviously be the first chance any of us will get to see how the lineman and LB are adjusting to the 3-4 and how well they have learned their responsibilities in the new system.
