Maximum Sports Connection Cowboys game packages

Hi Everyone,

Can someone please help me.... I booked a trip with Maximum Sports Connection for a complete game package and everything seemed fine. Although I never got a confirmation email about what i receive or how much i owe. After weeks went by I contacted them through email. I got a response saying that I was sent an email. I confirmed my email with them and they said they would send it again... 3 of my emails to them asking where is the email and they have not responded. I called this week spoke to a woman on the phone and she said its not a problem to send it today. Never got the email still.... finally i sent a 4th email yesterday and they still have not responded. I get the feeling this company is not run very well....

Can anyone tell me about this company if you have had prior dealings with them?

Im getting nervous about the way i am being treated as a customer... thanks for any help in advance .... i appreciate it.

They actually have a very good rep. Check your bulk mail or spam settings..

I checked it.... nothing there... i spoke with a rep. and she still didnt send it.

I had no issues when I went in September. Try to pm maxsports here. She should be able to help you.

Verify they have the correct email,and that they spelled it correctly.
