Do you see the Chiefs having a good chance of winning now?
No, unless they suddenly develop a prolific offense like the Saints.

Or do they just stink and will still lose?
It's not as much about the Chiefs as it was about Philadelphia special team miscues giving either the Saints excellent field position or putting the Eagles in deep holes on three or four possessions. Andy Reid will depend on the Wildcat more than last week to increase time of possession to keep the scoring down. Plus, LeSean McCoy will be an adequate substitute for Brian Westbrook, so the running game should contribute to T.O.P. as well and lessen the load on Kevin Kolb, who had a relatively good outing during his first start. That 90+ interception return by Darren Sharper was a killer though.

Any NFL team who loses to the Eagles without Westbrook and Mcnabb should be in the same category as the Lions.
That's an exaggeration. Philadelphia is a better overall team than Detroit. The Eagles would have to lose more players before that equivalent could be used.
