Glad it's nothing more serious. I wouldn't mind if he sat next week and healed, instead of rushing out there and hurting it even more. The schedule favors us, which is definitely a plus, and the defense looks pretty good. They will need to play that way next week, against the high powered Saints offense.

Freely is a quarterback. Vick right now is not. They screwed up bigtime.

All the Vick signing does is muck up the backup quarterback spot and cause McNabb to start checking his back.

Remember how we thought PacMan would return punts for us and score 3 or more times? When you lose half a step the rest of the league can catch you. Pacman lost half a step because of time off and bad habits. So has Vick.

I'm not denying that Delhomme/panthers o-line looked bad. But it was also the Eagles D throwing perfect blitzes at him and rattling him. Don't put all the blame on Jake, since there were a few times Trent Cole ran straight up the middle untouched.

You can't judge a team when they play a bad team. Reember the Eagles beat the Rams 38-3 in week 1 last season and then lost to the Cowboys in week 2. The Panthers are not a good team
