A lot of you are talking like you're ready to throw in the towel... Giving it up because you have too many vampire bats hanging on your carcasses... GEEZ LOUISE!!!

I saw the 76 Steelers yesterday and they were considered the best team that year... They didn't win the SB that year, but they started 1 and 4 and then commenced to whoop everybody the rest of the way... 9 and 0 in their last 9 only giving up 28 points after that 1 and 4 start. Losing to Oakland in the AFC Championship game...

I'm not at all saying that we're going to do the exact same thing, but I saw lots of improvements in the areas that last year needed improving... We're gonna be okay in Big D.

I like the improvements so far of A. pass rushing seems to be improving... B. Offense looks moderately consistent so far (good balance)... REMEMBER, we've played two top rated defenses so far!! and C. Looks like running plays have some success going to the right side as opposed of years past where you could only have success behind Flo and LA...

We still need improvements on A. Mental mistakes... Got to quit making those during critical junctures in games... B. T-New needs to wake up, secondary playing zone looks lost sometimes...

Last but not least, I want to thank all the Commander fans... No need to jump off any Maryland bridges anymore... I want you all to sigh a sigh of relief and just enjoy that you aren't under the Cowboy gun anymore... I also want to personally thank all Commanders for those supporting our Five and Elevens... GEEZ! we could have been Three for Thirteens by golly!! Who could forget our One for Fifteen either... Thanks so much for the support during the down years... We wont forget you either for that... Neither will NFL films! LMAO...

I'm far enough away from where the tidal surge will take place but no doubt it is going to get nasty around here by Friday night. I already have a couple of close friends from Galveston who will be staying at my place so we will make the most of a bad situation

My only concern is BP & some of the young guys. I don't want BP to get discouraged and I don't want the young guys to get "gun shy" and play scared. I took this loss real well considering that I never do We've got 14 more to go and that's enough games to make up a one game deficit.
